Dr. Cindy Milligan

Dr. Cindy Milligan is an executive coach, communication and media consultant for programs in voice, speech, communication, leadership and emotional intelligence. Her coaching work is informed by more than 27 years of experience in television and radio broadcasting leadership both in front of and behind the camera. She has produced and directed promotional and educational video projects as well as developed and led design thinking workshops for Delta Airlines, Bristol Myers Squibb, Multitek Digital Communications and the Mandela Washington Fellowship Program for Young African Leaders.
Steve Yates

Steve Yates

His expertise lies in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business arenas with more than 20 years of marketing experience working with clients such as the US military, universities, and the private sector.

Mr. Yates enjoys helping small and medium sized businesses market their products and services domestically and abroad. His areas of expertise include marketing, import/export and professional services arena.

As a former Board of Directors member for the Cobb Community Collaborative, he was the Vice Chair for Membership and former past chair of the Planning and Evaluation Committee which oversaw Cobb County's grant review process. Steven is a veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm and life-time member of the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron Thunderbirds.

Steven has two daughters, JaNia (20) and and Brooklynn (16) with his spouse, Nicol of 27 years. He studied Engineering at Michigan State University and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

For over 13 years Steven has supported multiple entrepreneurial development affiliates and micro-business development organizations. He is a Master trainer for NxLevel Business curricula, Going Green training and The Guided Business Plan modules.
Don  Spears

Don Spears

Don began his career as a cost accountant at a manufacturing company, and followed that with experience as a company Controller, CFO, VP Finance, commercial bank lender, and auditor. He is now a Division Accounting Manager with Airgas USA, LLC., an Air Liquide Company.

Don has a Bachelors degree in Business/Accounting from Auburn University and a Masters of Accounting from Samford University. He holds the CMA, CIA and CFM professional certifications.

He is a board member and former president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. Don also teaches accounting at Chattahoochee Technical College, teaches in the entrepreneurial program at The Edge, and consults with small business owners on finance, accounting, operations, inventory control, and general management.

Founder, Kennesaw CPA Owner of an independent CPA and insurance brokerage service firm specializing in accounting, insurance and risk management for small businesses, nonprofits and Public Entities.
Steven Wigmore

Steven Wigmore

In his law practice, Steve supports a wide range of patent and trademark clients: from entrepreneurs to large Fortune 100 Companies. Steve counsels start-up companies as well as individual inventors on how to build their intellectual property portfolios. He also advises clients on how to maintain and enforce mature portfolios. Steve serves both American and International (non-U.S.) clients seeking to protect their innovations and ideas in the United States.

One of his unique background traits is: Steve was a former Utility Patent Examiner with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) for several years. This background gives Steve unique insight on how to secure patent protection for his client’s inventions.

Steve helps companies and individual inventors secure patents from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and other Patent Offices throughout the World. Steve has also prosecuted several trademark applications successfully to registration.
